Carbon Dioxide Production Requirements and Technical Considerations

1. For units that have their own gas source and want to produce carbon dioxide products, the technical plan, equipment investment and floor space must be determined based on the gas source composition, product purity, production scale and other specific conditions;

2. Units that plan to introduce technology and production equipment only need basic conditions such as on-site installation of small chemical equipment, process piping, and power assembly. It is best to have a 100m2 factory building, small transportation vehicles and other conditions.

Self-produced carbon dioxide: For gas sources with a carbon dioxide content of less than 60%, the production cost is 300 to 320 yuan per ton of food-grade products; for gas sources with a carbon dioxide content of more than 90%, the production cost is 120 to 140 yuan per ton of products; production equipment is exported : The production cost of a complete set of equipment is about 70% of the sales price, which is determined by the specific situation.
