The single set of adsorption drying system mainly consists of two parallel adsorption towers, drying tower and external electric heating composition and high pressure direct supply device. The compressed gas firstly enters into the adsorption tower, which is equipped with activated carbon packing for adsorption of odor in carbon dioxide gas, and the regeneration of activated carbon is carried out by high temperature carbon dioxide gas under atmospheric pressure for sterilization and blowing regeneration, and the adsorption tower is a double-tower structure, with one tower working and the other regenerating. The gas from the adsorption tower contains water vapor, so it should be dried by the drying tower containing alumina and molecular sieve filler, because the water in the back of the system will be formed into ice and block the pipeline; the drying principle is adsorption and drying, the surface of the adsorbent has a lot of microscopic holes that can adsorb the water gas, and it needs to be regenerated when adsorption is saturated, and the regeneration is also completed by the high-temperature carbon dioxide gas under atmospheric pressure to sweep, and the drying tower is also a double-tower structure, one tower working and one tower regeneration. The dried gas needs to be filtered through the particle filter because of the dust particles generated by the friction with the adsorbent.
