The carbon dioxide gas is compressed to 1.6-2.0Mpa with the help of a two-stage carbon dioxide oil-free lubrication compressor and then sent to the adsorption tower. In order to ensure the stable operation of the carbon dioxide compressor, an air bag is installed between the water washing tower and the carbon dioxide compressor. The compressed gas is purified by the adsorption tower and drying tower, and the purified carbon dioxide gas is condensed into a -18° liquid in the carbon dioxide condenser; the cold source of the condenser is provided by the refrigeration unit. Liquid carbon dioxide enters the tank and survives. When the user needs to use gas, the liquid carbon dioxide is heated by the vaporizer at a constant pressure, turns into gaseous carbon dioxide, and is then reduced to the pressure required by the user through the pressure reducing valve for use. If canning is required, fill the liquid carbon dioxide in the storage tank into the cylinder through the canning pump.
